The SPY continues to be unbelievably resilient, this morning we got another AI pump with the AMD/OpenAI deal and it feels like almost weekly at this point you’re getting another one of these AI deals and the market eats it up. I don’t know how this all ends a few years from now, but my guess is not well, for now we remain over the 8 and 21 ema and that means you stay long. The government shutdown had zero impact on the market, they’re still shutdown and nobody seems to care, so I’m sure at some point we will strike a deal and reopen the government and the market will love that too. Can you believe in the last 6 months we’ve closed under the 21 ema for a total of 2 sessions? This is an all time move.

How about we discuss the shady option flows I highlight everyday. Days like today, I get countless emails with screenshots of how much everyone made on something like AMD and while that was cool and a top trending name in the rankings, the ones that impress me are ones like SANM which I highlighted last week. This literally had zero trades in my database then this risk reversal is put on September 30th and magically this was 165 premarket up 40%+. This sort of stuff is what I’m trying to point out, you will never catch something like this reading financials or deep dives, the only way to ever see this stuff is to watch option flows and these automated services like those I won’t name, they’re never going to highlight this stuff the way someone like me trying to curate data will. This stuff here is some of the most impressive stuff in the market, this risk reversal paid off a fortune today, well done to the lucky player who put it on. Look at stuff like EOSE friday where I highlight the weird action there and its up 18% today. The reality is the market today is not the market 20 years ago and today, the flow of money is all that matters and if you’re not embracing it, you’re just going to outperform. Listen to these players laying out this capital, trust me, they’re not dumb.
