12/16/25 Recap
The SPY opened up below the 21 ema today and is now coming into the 50 day next. The 8 ema is about cross down through the 21 on the SPY, it already has on the QQQ, and now we’re firmly entrenched in a short term downtrend. This isn’t really where you want to press longs until we’re on the other side of that 21 ema again. We do have vixpiration tomorrow so you have to be careful being too bearish here but for the moment the setup is just not bullish under the 21 day.
