As we head into the end of the quarter tomorrow, we’re seeing a rebalancing today with the only megacaps firmly green being Apple and Tesla, the two worst performers of the past quarter. Amazon was red all morning but just flipped green on the news of it upping its stake in Anthropic, but this was an announcement they made months back, this isn’t news. Names like NVDA have just swelled to oversized positions in most funds with a 90% move up in the last 3 months and now these positions are being adjusted. This isn’t anything out of the ordinary. The SPY continues to hold above the 8 ema but on low volume the last couple sessions during this holiday week. Expect to see more weird moves into quarter end window dressing.

Recent Trades

JELD is up 11.3% right now from when I highlighted it on 3-11. This is a door and window manufacturer and it has outperformed most hot tech stocks in the 2 weeks since this trade. I know alot of you tell me you’re uncomfortable with the tickers you don’t know, but in my experience these tickers are the ones with the most alpha because the big names see countless trades a day/week, but when you get a lot like this in a ticker with nothing else, those are the ones you need to look at more.
