The SPY continues to build under this 50 day now going for its 6th close there, the market did not like what Warsh had to say yesterday. He talked a big game early on about being a hawk but when push came to shove, he was a dove and that was the big reversal you saw yesterday. Microsoft saved tech stocks with their huge datacenter buildout and today we have Amazon reporting and as the large IAAS name out there, they could give even more clarity to how strong this buildout is. We also heard that Leopold and his Situational Awareness fund went from rockstar of the year to liquidated in 60 days with someone taking over his positions today. The move over the last month in all these semi names, many of which Leopold had make alot more sense today when you consider he was running it at 400% and being a forced seller while every name was falling 50% in a month. Leverage can kill and Leopold was a victim of his own success. They came for his names very hard and wiped him out. Today’s move potentially saved alot of bad monthly candles from forming as well tomorrow. We’re always 1 day away from an end to this war which would also likely send this back over all these moving averages and everyday we inch closer to midterms a resolution is more likely.

The QQQ bounce today is a good first step, we reclaimed the 100 day and now we need to see building here. We need to reclaim the 8 ema first then make our way up to the 21 overhead. So many names are up 10-20-30% today and it really feels like Microsoft with the strong report combined with the Leopold public execution are putting in some sort of bottom for the moment. Again we need a strong reaction to Amazon this afternoon and not any warnings or guide downs from them.

Here are the large cap scans the database had today, the rest of the small and mid cap scans are in there as always along with all the other moving average crossover scans you may need.
