8/19/25 Recap

The SPY continues to hold that 8 ema and looks fine, the big unwind today came in the momentum names. The names that have led the market the last couple months like PLTR,HOOD,AMD,etc were all hit hard and many are seeing some technical damage that is very notable. We still have Jackson Hole coming this week and that will dictate alot of things but right now lots of recent momentum names are losing the 21 ema for the first time in months today. That is a warning sign on those individually but take notice of which leaders are seeing people cashing in after a strong multi month run.
