From my experience the X team has been pretty helpful within 24 hours.
I'm sure you'll get it back within 48 hours if you fill their form: https://help.x.com/en/forms/account-access/regain-access/hacked-or-compromised
For the first sentence I meant they answered within 24 hours, my bad that was poorly written.
