I just closed both of my long positions, that auction was awful and bond yields are spiking, I hated taking capital gains like that but this market has a major headwind with rates like this.
Hi James, I’m a little surprised that you closed out your long position in $IBIT - I think the fund has more upside in the weeks ahead especially with the poorly received 20 year bond auction today (long position in IBIT, not investment advice)
I think theres two primary schools of thought with BTC. One- it's the alternative to all negative things government deficit and purchasing power related and two- its a release valve for excess liquidity and risk taking. Group 2 would sell here, group 1 holds. I have a mind in both camps. More so in group 1 though and I have sized risk appropriately for me. I'm continuing to hold physical while also reducing leverage
